Baan Extensions - Call Tracking System
S e-technologies’ Call Tracking System is fully integrated to Baan and allows the user to log product
complaints, route and track investigation into the complaints, and produce complaint reports. The
complaint can come from a direct customer, or from a third party who may have purchased your
product through a reseller or other channel partner.
Call Tracking captures the customer name, address, phone number, the name of the individual
making the complaint, their position in the company, and the entity from whom they purchased if
they are not a direct customer. It also lets the user record the product, lot number and nature of
the complaint at the time of the call. The technician handling the call has the ability to see the
product’s known problems and the fixes that are available.
Reports and Display Sessions:
- Provides information regarding Calls by customer, and Calls by Item.
- Print Problems, Symptoms, and Fixes.
